Thanks all :) I've been averaging around 650/700 cals mark which i know is a bit extreme, but as some of you know you get kind of used to less, i did it for over a year before and it felt fine. But having joined this site i'm seeing people really are getting great results with a healthy intake too. Def gonna up the ante…
