Sensa doesn't help you lose weight it helps you eat less. If the OP is exercising then she needs the calories. I'd recommend switching up your routine, try something completely different. You mentioned talking to a trainer. What do they say about your stall?

Track everything, especially at first. You'll be surprised by how much the little things add up. Don't give up. I know your not seeing results but are you feeling anything? Do you feel more energy? Do you feel stronger. Keep it up and the weight/inches will follow.

I don't see the bullying on the emailers part. I see the news anchor being a bully by using her position and power to put this guy in his place. Whether the email was inappropriate or not. Cottage cheese comes in many variety's and while I'm a big fan of it I don't like won't eat certain brands. I can't stand the local Spartan brand but I love my local Meijer brand more than any other kind. I also have grown accustomed to the fat free version and can't eat the higher fat content ones.

So if your overheating and I mean serious overheating like heat stroke or heat exhaustion then don't drink ice water. So how does one get from the machines to the free weights? Some of the attitude in this thread is what's keeping some of us on the machines. When I joined my gym I didn't know how to use the machines. I don't have any idea where to even start with free weights.

There wouldn't be many people to talk on here or get support from if we all had to be doctors or certified nutritionists to reply to any question. Even among those supposedly educated there are many opinions of what is right. This is a great community because of the number of people willing to contribute to it.

I hate eating when I travel, even when work is paying for it. I hate eating out alone. Get yourself a small cooler. Every hotel has ice makers to keep it cold. Then your options really open up. Yogurt, meat, cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables. . Then your limiting factor becomes what you can cook in a microwave.
