Finished level 2. wish I could say I finished strong but I finished. not enough energy to double up and start level 3 but I've come this far :)

Done day 9. Yesterday I needed to give my muscles a rest. I did extra lifting after and it killed me. will finish L2 and start L3 same day.

WOOWHO!!! Day 16 done. Seems the closer I get to the finish the harder I can push myself. Im down another pound and Im shrinking! Cant believe a 20min workout can be so effective. I do other moderate exersize but nothing makes me drip sweat like this:)

Half way done:) still a day behind most but Oct has 31 days. Id like to do px90 or insanity if i can borrow either from friends. only have till April to get baby weight and a bit more off. will do ripped in 30 if i can't borrow. way too expensive to buy. glad we are doing this together or i might of given up...

Its an acquired taste. took me awhile but with fresh fruit a bit of granola and cinnamon delious :) and so good for. just think about that when your eating it!!

I was considering skipping today due to one excuse or another. So glad i pulled through. I swore i wasn't going to weigh myself till the end but was pleasantly surprised to have lost a pound. That's encouragement to get over my humps ( lazy lady humps ) stronger and lighter :)

Day 2 complete :)) Yay. my glutes are killing me ( in a good way ) and those chair squats with v raises are killer but its all worth it. can't wait to see results...

Finished finally this evening had enough energy to do jillians kettle bell workout!! Love the way im feeling! I know my body is changing:)))

L1D3 complete. took awhile to get around to it. but im finally done. i won't put it off tomorrow like today i just get stiffer as the day wears on. Feeling it in such as good way!!

I was entering it as low impact and knew i had to of burned way more than 170 cal. circuit training sounds way more appropriate for how i feel. Finished 15 mins ago and im still sweating:) Im loving it

Finally got day 1 done :) needed my rest day dadly yesterday. So motivated to see my results at the end of the month!!! Felt sick all day but so much better after i sweat it out... Looking forward to day 2

Im planning on starting Oct 1 after my first 5 km. run. i weigh myself on Fri but try not to focus too much on the scale. muscle weighs more than fat and success is defined by how i feel. inches are going to be my motivation!!! Will post before i start. lets do this:)
