I'm with you! Doing it the old fashioned way. Excersice and less calories. Joined the gym today and am not letting myself or money go to waste any longer. Hang my head in shame that I didn't stick with it when I first joined but it's never too late. Keep me posted how it goes and what is working for you. Good luck!

Feel free to add me. On first week of t25. Already seeing improvements. I can do active stretches without teetering. Quads getting stronger:-) I feel I can do this!! No excuses to not at least invest 10 weeks in myself. Excited to see what will change!!

Quinoa pudding like a rice pudding but healthier :) I used a can coconut milk and extra cows milk cinnamon a bit of agave nectar and added raisins near the end. satified my sweet tooth and my conscious. enjoy

Disappointed I only lost 2 lbs. but I did lose a total of4.5 inches. bust 1 waist 1.5 hips 1 and thighs 1. Still ashamed of my pics aol that's all..

Day 29 complete and I won't skip my last one so might as well log them both now. Congratulations to everyone who's completed the 30 days BE PROUD it wasn't easy. My weight fluctuated and I will post my pics and measurements tomorrow. clothes fit better so that's a positive :))

More energy today. nearing the finish line.... today was a bad day. I weighed myself and wanted to cry. I actually gained weight but I do feel stronger. was hoping for too much I suppose :(

That was harder than I thought but holy I feel great!! I really must stop waiting till the last minute to get it done. it looms over me that way but no quitting now!! Thanks to all the ladies ahead of me that keep me accountable and motivated :))
