I use it to make ranch... 1 6oz. container of greek yogurt with 1 oz. of ranch DRESSING mix (not dip mix!), then add FF milk until you get your desired consistency. I've also added salsa and taco sauce to this to use as a salad dressing with a bit of a kick. Yum!

I get your logic, however I see it as I ate enough for my body to "survive", and used my stored fat as energy for the workouts...

I adjust MFP's calories burned too...I usually lower them down to a rate that I used to burn wearing a HRM. Last week I was 3120 calories under my weekly goal. Is that terrible?
