Hello Kendra, My wife and I started Insanity recently as well. In the book that they give you, there is a section on determining your caloric needs. Once you do that, then subtract 500 per day (or 250 depending on if you want to lose 1 lb or 1/2lb per week) from you daily intake and stick to it.

Pre heat a griddle or griddle pan on medium high heat, spice as you wish, plop it on there for about 3-5 minutes per side depending on thickness. Do not move it once you put it down on the pan, it will release when that side is cooked.

I log fruits but not vegetables. I will log the salad dressing or the olive oil in which some are cooked.

Being a tech geek, the barcode scanner has been a beacon in the night. If I had to guess at all these calories, I'd be in deep doodoo faeces. The bane of my diet plan is and always will be beer, which I do enjoy on my cheat days (I only allow 300 calories over and I always exercise), but I keep it in the back of the bottom…

What do you have left in your refrigerator/freezer?

Also, you can add other spices if you like, I know cloves and nutmeg are also in Pumpkin pie but I'm not sure in what proportions.

Pumpkin, vanilla greek yogurt, cinnamon---> blender. It's like a pumpkin pie smoothie. Add protein powder for extra... protein. Maybe not so weird but definitely good.

Toss them in hot sauce then roast in toaster oven for a few minutes.

My dogs love them, they have amazing coats. Most of the time, I just eat the whole thing.

Take sparkling water, add the juice from half a grapefruit and half a lime, tastes vaguely like Squirt.
