I'm doing day 3 Level 2 today. It helps me to have this group, and read all your posts. It motivates me to get up and get it done!

I lost 3 pounds this week! I was shocked, and so happy!!! I complain a lot about doing the shred... but loved the results when I weighed in. This is actually my second week doing the shred. The first week I didn't lose as much.

I have my weekly weigh in tomorrow as well. I haven't done my workout today. :( I should get my butt downstairs and get it done. sigh.... It's only 20 minutes, right???

I just finished day 8, and was finally able to get through the whole workout without stopping. It hurt so bad, but I did it. I hate this work out. But I need results, and 20 minutes a day isn't too much to invest, right?. I dislike every minute of the 20 minutes though. Although, I must say, i feel so proud of myself when…

That's awesome! I just finished day 7 of the 30DS, and I couldn't even finish all the push ups! I finished everything else though, so I felt good about that. Great work!

Hi! I need dedicated friends too! I joined MFP last month. :) I've been walking/running. I just ordered 30 Day Shred, so I'll start that when it comes in the mail. My mini goal is to weigh 160 by Dec 13.
