Just shy of a 5000 BTU air conditioner!! I remember the 42lb landmark really well. I buy dog food in a 42lb bag and was amazed that I had lost that much weight. I couldn't believe my body was basically carrying that bag with me at all times.. It feels good to finally put it down! Congrats to everyone on your successes!!

When I cook meals for the family, I usually make mine a separate lower fat and calorie version of what they are eating. I limit my intake of sugars, rice, potatoes, breads or pastas because they use up my calories too fast. Instead I try and substitute with other veggies.
