I am pre-diabetic, and I found my sugars have gone done quite a bit (under 100) since I started exercising and watching my food. I did lose about 20 lbs when I did low carb but couldn't keep it up and gained most of it back. Since I started tracking everything and exercising at least 3x a week, my sugars have been great!!

I'm Celiac and I need to be gluten free but long for the day's when I can eat normal. GF products are more expensive and caloric. Unless you need to be gluten free, I don't know if it's a good idea.
