The doctor probably calculated his BMI, which takes in account your age, gender, height, and weight. It does not calculate how much muscle you have. The only way you can lower your BMI is by losing weight. I have the same problem as I'm currently at a school that I have to pass a BMI test, but because I have muscle I fail…

I get my tan during the summer, especially when I'm out lifeguarding and walking around the horse ring. I maintain my tan, but just being outside constantly. Although, I do lost my color within the winter months as I'm wearing long sleeves and pants ):

Very often you can be replacing fat for muscle, which unfortunately is heavier. So the scale may say you've gained a stone, but when you look in the mirror you are slimmer. This is because you are more toned than before. I definitely think you've slimmed and toned. You look gorgeous. Keep up the good work my love!

I'll have to find a recipe for you, but there are blueberry muffins that I love!! Also, an eggwhite omlete with a ton of veggies is a personal favorite with an apple and a protein shake.
