Jester - For my personally coffee will dehydrate me, same as soda.

I've had my migraines last for about a week, but it really depends on your body. I'd talk to your doctor or just take some advil to help out until the migraines go away. Caffeine withdrawals are horrible!

Crystal Light, Mio, etc. I count as water as it is water that's being flavored. Just like if I were to get a vitamin water 0 or any of the already flavored waters as water. I just make sure I count the calories of the additive, etc. But I don't count coffee, soda, etc. as it may have water in it, but it isn't hydrating me.…

When I first started I did switch from regular to diet, which was easy as diet soda is always in my house. But lately I've cut it out completely. Just cutting it out helps with weight loss, I've lost a couple pounds already! Plus I feel so much healthier without putting that junk in me (:

Horses, I'm an Equestrian and compete with my school's dressage team

They're at 1,700. I work out for an hour twice at week at the gym (on average) and ride for an hour twice a week (on average). I'm currently at college so I'm unable to make my own food and unfortunately that means I'm stuck to salads and egg whites for my meals at school.

To be able to ride at a specific school I have to be under 200 lbs including the tack and my show clothes. If I'm unable to ride next semester I won't be riding for the team until I lose the needed weight.

I wish I could track measurements, but I need to be under 200lbs in order to ride at a school that I compete against.

I have the same problem! If I'm not hungry, then I let it be. My body will let me know if I'm hungry. If I'm hungry then I'll make something.

I try to work out for an hour ontop of my daily activities.

I had my checkup this morning with the nurse, and she just gave me clearance. She said it healed really well and quickly. I'm so exciting! I just know that my lesson tomorrow will kick my butt!
