I lost 20 lbs over 10 years ago just by giving up soda. I didn't even change my eating habits. You are right, it is difficult to shake the addiction. I kept the weight off for a long time but once I started sipping soda again, I was back up to a 12 sodas per day. Now 10 years later, I am again getting off the stuff again.…
