  • If you go over on calories remember to move more to help balance it out. You should at least eat 1200 calories a day!:happy:
  • I'm 5ft 3in. and my goal weight is around 140, I came from 220. But really it's more about how you feel and what you look good at. I feel like if I was smaller than 140, I would look toooo small. Mind you, I am what people consider "thick"and I don't believe my thighs and hips will every be small....
