I love old navy and gap outlets knee length compression pants. They wash up really well and have endured 6 weeks of constant washing. I have 2 moving comfort bras and one shock absorber, they are all great but I prefer the shock absorber.

I am on week 5 of weights, following simplyshredded.com female training guide with the stubborn fat protocol (4 days a week plus a yoga day and a functional or fun exercise day so I work out 6/7 days a week). I have noticed a difference in my quads, shoulders and arms already even though my weight itself has not budged. I…

It is really good since i can add a bit of variety to my workout using it. ANyways My first run is in June and my plan so far is such:…

I do not need to be supportive to someone reporting a person for an attack that was never made. I am however supporting the person who ADDED to the conversation (not to the poster who started reporting people based on something that never happened).

I do, and it is great. The first 2 days is extremely heavy for me (a super plus tampon an hour during the day) and I can get 2 to 3 hours at a time with my Diva Cup. Love it for the heavy times, tend to go to tampons when it is lighter - but I think that s because I have not tried a different cup yet, and the diva annoys…

I lose weight during my period so I weigh in during that time of month, every month. Usually I can expect to see a 3 lb drop from non period times.

I work nights at a Sleep Disorders Lab (yes, the irony is not lost on me the shifts are 12 hours long) and find that when I am on nights I protein load because it keeps me full and helps me not go over to terribly on calories. My co-workers are used to me walking in with a 6 pack of hard boiled eggs. :) I then eat…
