Weak Mind, Strong Back. :P Jokes aside, intellegent, educated and OK looking is fine by me.

5'3" tall, 159 pounds size 6 dress, 8 or 29" jeans and M to 10 tops.

A lot of us were in the same boat. Start logging and owning what you are eating, and why you are eating it.

If you have any questions PM me, sleep medicine is what I do for a living.

My initial goal weight was 160 pounds (which I am now), and I am wearing a size 6/8 right now. I would like to lose 10 more pounds and replace some fat with muscle which should easily put me in a size 4. That would be great, but I am pleased where I am at right now as well :)

Fast food (no hamburger from McDonalds since August) KFC. Ew. How did I eat that crap? Cadbury easter creme eggs (only had 2 this year, I used to eat 2 a day) Starbucks Raspberry Lemon Loaf (400 calories! EEEK I used to have those a couple times a day as well!) Whole Milk Chai Lattes Subs like quiznos and subway with…

And West Edmonton Mall, also generally dead. I think the average person ages out of that store by 15 now.

Great Job! I started in about the same spot, add me as a friend if you want!

All my co workers have been fabulous, and hopefully a bit inspired. Even the cranky gal I work with was grinning when I came back to tell me about it. :)
-
None today, but last week made me grin! A patient last week was looking for me at work and couldn't remember my name. She asked my coworkers where the "tiny girl" went. One of the older men I worked with hugged her and said "you have no idea how hard Danita worked to hear words like that".

Yup we exist - only the truly lucky get to meet us. I am Canadian, I do not say 'eh' EVER (and I do not know anyone who does - this I believe is an American myth), and I detest Tim Hortons, Nickelback, Celine Dion and Justin Bieber. Canadian Beer, Poutine and Beaver Tails though? Yes please. Bring it on. But to reclaim…

Also absolutely untrue, but what do I know I only watch people sleep for a living. I see MANY heart rates escalate in sleep independent of true medical rationale (you would assume something like Sleep Apnea would be the root cause, but this is not always the case) your heart is part of a system controlled by your…

I wash my hair daily and condition the ends to keep it from drying out - should really be fine! Also baby shampoo really isn't that gentle on hair - it is tear free but high in sudsy stuff to you can get the job done fast on a wet squirmy baby. Maybe a gentle shampoo formulated for color treated hair or something? I just…

I used to think I was in a sedentary category and I am actually moderately active with the same kind of stuff you are doing. Sometimes even very active. I burn 2300 cals on a lazy day to 3400 on a busy day. Annoyingly I still under-eat but old habits die hard.

My 4 year old likes her 2 wheel scooter and can go like crazy on it, my son will ride his bike (6 years old). In fact they are both aster then me!
-
You are kidding me right? I think you still have the same problem I do. Some days I still have my fat goggles on. Yup I still see me 47 pounds ago in the mirror, even though the scale says otherwise. Your brain will catch up with your body soon :) And I definately see a difference!

5'4" started at 214, now 166 looking for 150 to 160.

My mizunos felt awesome right from the beginning. I am actually sad that I will need to replace them soon-ish.
-
Add me! I lost 42 with diet and am now on the exercise wagon!
-
Tomorrow is a new day, start over and don't punish yourself over it.
-
Add me as a friend, I was on a medical diet like this and gave it up once I figured out a few things on my own. But in short I lost 20 pounds in the first month, 9 in the first week (water weight for sure) and then have done the rest on my own eating real food. It was expensive, and not realistic but it was motivating…

I try to still get 1400 cal after I exercise, but that seems hard for me right now, I am working up to it but some days with all the activity I still end up at 1000, other days I am 1800. I guess it evens out in the end :)

These need to get in my belly stat

I don't log daily activity with the kids, or housekeeping etc... I did those things when I was over weight so I don't count them now. I just count purposeful exercise. BUT I have a fitbit so I know I burn at minimum 2200 calories a day doing nothing but being a Mom all day, and up to 3000 if I physically do Insanity or go…
-
I thought I would be sedentary for sure, but when I got my fitbit I realized that chasing after kids, taking them to school and doing housework works out to lightly active most days. On major grocery shopping days and days we have activities with the kids then my calorie burn pushes me to the moderately active area. On no…

You know - this wouldn't turn out too badly, I can see it being similar to an angel food cake. I am going to have to try it this week.
-
I have a moving comfort zip front that does a great job of holding my DDD rack in. It for sure squishes me down but for some things I prefer the flattened out thing. I also have a Shock Absorber that does up funny in the back, really great for support but does not flatten the girls out. They all ran retail $60, I got the…

Our goodwill is amazing, but our Value Village sucks and overprices everything just because they feel it is a "brand" name. My best finds are: Elizabeth and James Pants (about 8 weeks after they were on the runway) $6.95 Hudson jeans $6 Citizen of Humanity Jeans $6 Joes Jeans $6 Bob Mackie Skirt (couture not mass market)…
