I am scared of food in general because depending on my mood and situation, there is always a chance I can overeat. But, the food I am the absolute out of control with is sugar. I can not stop unless there is no more in the house!

I will binge on ANYTHING, especially high calorie foods! One thing I have noticed in the past is that it is EXTREMELY hard for me to binge on produce. I is as if the produce turns of the bingeing switch in my mind. I just do not have the desire to do it, and I love produce more than any other food.
