I have not. I have been doing squats but I think my worry is gaining bulk muscle. I'll have to checkout that app and I may just have to give strength training a try!! Thank you!!

I am 5'5", 25 yrs old, CW 119, HW 140 (thank you college). GW 115 (if it's sustainable). Would love some help just toning up and getting in shape. I'm also willing to help others get to my 119 in a way that's healthy :smile:
