Yes I do. I really let myself go during Covid and didn't care. Then my knees started hurting like someone 20 years my age and that kicked me in the butt to lose some weight. But I highly doubt we're the only ones.

I did have a few beers last night and that tends to make the scale drop the next day so I'm expecting it to be a little higher tomorrow. Either way, I'm going in the right direction.

It is so painful to log a meal where I didn't make great choices. But then I look at it and think about what little changes I could make to not go so overboard next time. What can I do without? Is there something I could split in half and be ok? Could I switch out my drink to water?

I know someone who can only eat certain kinds of leafy greens because other kinds upset her gallbladder. I always thought how unfair that is since it's supposed to be so healthy for you!

I have one every morning for breakfast! I've never been a big breakfast eater at all, but when my lunch hour changed an hour later this year, my stomach was growling. So a protein shake in the morning holds me over until lunch.

Three of my coworkers just did this diet. One stayed the same weight, one last 2 pounds and the other gained 5 pounds. They were all miserable, hungry, and suffered from caffeine headaches.

Bacon by itself (I'll eat it if it's in a BLT), Sonic, Hardees, or Arby's fast food, avocados, fudge, sugary cereals, grilled cheese, most deli meats. I can take or leave doughnuts.

Ok! I just tried it and it was delicious! I ended up sweetening up just a tab, but I hope to eventually cut that out. Also, I froze everything but the spinach and milk and it was a tad hard to mix, so I'll have to adjust that as well. Overall, I think I'm going to try to do this every day.
