I would pick a cheat day and add 400-600 calories of something I'm craving. This way I don't find myself giving up and going nuts on all the things I crave but are not that good to eat all the time.

One of my foster dog was eating all the fuzzy toys with no stuffing. Her new mom offered to send them back but I said no thank you and we had a good laugh. I told her I knew she ate 1 but had no ideal she ate several!

I noticed I'm in the red on protein a lot. Seems like everything has protein in it so if you actually eat any boom your over. Is this a bad thing. I would hate to give up my chicken and turkey? I'm trying to learn to eat healthy so just wondering.

I'm having the same problem. Need more calories because of exercise and not even hungry. I also would like to know what is a good source of carbs without adding protein as well. My protein is high and carbs low.
