Hello! I just joined as well and thank you everyone for the invite. I have been on MFP for several months now. I am slowly making the transition to becoming a healthier person. I have my good weeks and bad but I'm still going forward not backwards.

I like to use an egg and some crackers. Mix it up into patties and put it in the oven. My grandma always did this but fried them. I figure oven is a little healthier. Some also like a little salt on them but I will eat them without. I bet some onion or even minced onion would also be good in them.

Most say fruit is best for a snack but I also like to get the 100 calorie snacks. My most favorite but most expensive is fiber one brownies. I had the same problem and after a week my knees were really killing me. I started doing the boxing in place of that for awhile. This week I went back to trying the jumping jacks and have not had as much problems. Hope that helps! Go ladies!!!!

I think this is similar to the cardio I love the most. I set the treadmill at 3.0 (I' m new at this) and walk 2 minutes then jog 2 minutes. I do this for 30 min and I love the workout I get!

same here and I am drinking about double if your counting 8oz glass. I hope at some point my bladder adjust cause I feel like a pregnant lady going pee all the time. :)

Mine is just over 1800 right now. For the most part I get as close to it without going over as I can. I also do not eat back exercise calories. I'm trying to work out at least 5 days a week.

I have 3 Great Danes. Hurricane, Molly (my foster failure), and my current foster Colt. I was taking them and adding the exercise but lately I haven't been logging it.

This!!!!! I was having issues until I found this one. The hardest part of this has been the jumping jacks for me but I do notice day 2 was easier than day 1 so I'm sure it will get better. Once this gets easy for me there is a Jillian Michael 30 day shred 2 and so on!

Thank you for the inspiration! This is what I needed. I have been doing some of the research and just upped my calories to 1800 tonight. I have been worried about doing that and gaining but from what I have read I think it will work. After your story, some inspiring words and info from someone else I'm sure it will work!
