ive tried loads of diet pills they Do not work. i find healthy eating with little treats and some holland and barrett vitamins helps. its slow going at times and weight stays the same for a few weeks. but slowly and steady.

i like all the alpro products and at unsweetened 26kal its great. use it with my porridge and berries.

hi people i am from Essex. love MFP and Runkeeper and going to treat myself to fitbit flex. they all really motivate me to move more. happy days. :-)

i found when exercising and not eating the calories back i didn't loose weight. so i always have them now its and incentive to move about more and i can eat more. you still have the deficit. Eat them up.

try a firming lotion all over it can help with stretch marks and stuff like that. but i believe that smile that most of us get with age never goes away. its all fat so eventually it will not look so bad.

i am finding it really helpful and such a vast food diary . it just makes things simple. works great with a fitbit as well.

i have a fitbit one and i think its great. It syncs with MFP throughout the day and adds calories if your more active. i find this helpful as i have been more successful having the extra calories i earn during the day. but i did pay £80 for it, but well worth it.
