Hello. I am excatly that and also love the picture. I havn't got that much to loose but am really struggling to loose it so all the help I can get and give is greatly appreciated. I log on daily and will always do my best to motivate.

Good on you. I stopped on Sunday the 2nd September after my father died at the age of 60 through a short battle with Lung cancer.
