  • Walking at a good pace is the best exercise to burn fat/baby weight. Make sure you eat enough calories throughout the day, it varies depending on current weight though. Eat whole grain foods as it will give you more energy because it has not been processed. Good luck!
  • Aim to jog 3 times a week, otherwise your body will not get used to the exercise and you will never get any progression. Good luck!
