Lost a little over 80 pounds so far... biggest thing for me has been eating less food... works like a charm... thanks... i just started using emdomondo a week or so ago... so it's only off by about 3 pounds right now... but I will double check... would be nice if the integration with myfitnesspal would pull that data back...

thanks... I was looking at the Zephyr BT strap... I would love to hear how accurate it is working with endomondo... I have heard people complain about getting good calorie numbers... I'm am using endomondo manually right now and the numbers it gives for "Cross training" (elliptical) is about 25% of what the machine says...…

I only log exercising... but as I do not eat back my calories all that is really only for me anyways... I will be putting the christmas tree away for the next half an hour which means going up and down two flights of stairs with about a dozen rubermaid boxes... not going to list it... just got back from the gym... listed…

I didn't really track dinner both nights... my guess doing an after the fact guess was around 200 over on Christmas eve & 600 Christmas day... I weighed on yesterday and lost around 2 and a half pounds... so I guess in the end it was no big deal...
