5 hour flight each way... first flight since I started keeping track of my weight so I do not know if its normal for me...

I had issues... second day in had to hit the drug store after getting a case of the runs... then didn't got again for several days... since then no issues... went more then normal but I ate more then normal... so kind of figured that was to be expected...

I didn't worry about it... figured having fun for one week would not kill me... but I did not expect a 10% weight gain... even if it was only temporarily...

around three months in I saw it and others started saying they saw it... a week in it was hard to see anything

I started at a BMI of 38... not morbidly obese but still... I know its tough but you can do it... don't look at the large number you need to loose... looks at the next pound... its not one big step its many little steps that gets the job done...

my finding would say not remotely accurate... my HRM puts my calories and 1/3 less... now the spinning bikes seem to give me a much more accurate number... no idea why... they are both made by the same company...

Find a good store and get fitted... I just went to a store the specializes in running and they put me in a pair of saucony hurricane 15s and I could not be happier... well if they were half the price I could be happier but it is what it is...

for me the numbers here are about 1/3 high... I use endomondo with a blue tooth HRM strap for my gym work outs and runtastic with the same strap for running... the machines also give me an inflated number...

Glad you guys joined... Like I said in my thread... find out what ever your motivation is and hold onto it.. it will be what keeps you going... don't look at your final goal as a huge mountain to climb... just look at the next pound... I have only been using the site since September... I should have done this years ago...…

I weight train 5 days a week... M-W-F is upper body and Tu-Th lower... I do cardio every day... thanks everyone... kind of blushing a bit now...

needed to buy new jeans over the weekend... last september I was a 42... the last pair I bought a month ago were a 34... this weekend I fit into a 32 but like the fit of a 33 better... hard to believe...

99% of the time I eat one server (half cut) of oat meal and two table spoons of ground flax seed (ground in a coffee grinder)... today I cheated a bit as there were muffins in the house... grilled one up without butter... but thats a treat for me... not a regular thing...

thanks... I just know that last couple of pounds are vanity... I was trying to get my BMI well into the not overweight area... when I know I am not overweight... if I lose doing what I am doing so be it...
