Not really but that helps me out in the analysis - thanx - my profile here says to limit fat grams to 81 which is a little high - the nutricianist said I could have 7 fat servings so that is why I asked - but I think using my max cal of 2400 I can adjust my fat gram intake and compenstae it with protein

that is why I am asking - so what I did was call the dietician and then look here at it says for me to have a max of 81 grams so I will reduce that figure and be done with it - they told me I could have 7 fat servings and that is where the ? came from - so I think I will just go with total fat grams -
