I think all's you have to do is go into cardiovascular and type in your workouts a whole list of different workouts will come up ( and I mean lots) click on the one you want, put in how much time you worked out and it will calculate the calories burned! Someone who has been doing this longer than me might have better…

Someone at work was saying that Dr. Oz did a thing on melatonin and it is not a good thing to take. Wish I could remember the reasons why. Do some research. Melatonin didn't do a thing for me!

You are not lazy! You are doing a job were you are on your feet all day! You move your arms tons, blow drying, straightners, curling irons! That's burning more calories than someone sitting at a desk! Like everyone has said start small...a walk around the block, lifting soup cans!

I am a life time member at WW but for some reason find counting calories way easier than counting points. I love the MFP app for my phone and you have to pay for WW'S app. Free is good!

Did OK but not bad and tomorrow is a new day...but since we had our dinner yesterday...I have to figure out what to do wth the leftovers!

I started this Journey around the 22 of September and have lost 5lbs so far. I am at 1290 calories. Would love to share ideas and helpful hints on this health and wellness journey. I hate calling it a diet.:smile: But I don't know how to add friends on-line!
