  • I feel like you. I really need to keep up with the food log. I have done food logs with other systems. I am just not consistent. I also really over estimate the portions and calories I should eat. I eat large portions and too many snacks. Especially sweets and those frozen coffee drinks that probably have 1000 calories.
  • Benedictander That is exactly what I do!!!! I do wonderful ALL day & then from 8 PM on I eat like a starving pig. I have problems falling asleep too so I am up late. I will eat snacks from 8:00 until 1:00 or 2:00 AM. & its not healthy snacks either. So all the good I did did during the day is wiped out at night.
