  • I think people forget that most extracted vitamins and minerals are called by their long chemical name. It doesn't mean they were created in a lab...but on the other hand, it doesn't guarantee they weren't. You have to look at the ingredient list, recommendations and in the end judge for yourself.
  • cyanocobalamin is the simplest form of B12 and is generally found in eggs and some dairy products, but is also found in some meat and animal organs. Plants, not so much. methylsulfonylmethane can be found in garlic, onions, and some other vegetables. Pretty sure that qualifies as natural. Not saying Shakeology is better…
