I am healing from a bad injury ..... over the summer several ribs slipped out of place & I ignored it and kept working out and caused more issues .... so my food is all I can control. That being said I have been zeroed in on 100% primal and still slowly loosing weight :smile:

I was keto for MONTHS actually almost a year ..... I shed 100 pounds because of this lifestyle and was in the BEST shape of my life ..... life happened and I fell off for about 9mo and now am trying to ease back into it .... would love support!!

*happy dance* yes MFP does work without a doubt!! I used it after the birth of my 2nd and 3rd child and it made it a lot easier to loose and maintain my weight all this time :) consistency and commitment is the key

i do what Mets86 does. but Ab Ripper was a MASSIVE wake up call to me! i am in good shape but OMG these workouts (the whole series) i thought were going to kill me the first few days. i'm on my second week and i'm getting used to them a bit more but love every second of them :)
