Don't deny yourself things that you really want and crave or else you'll just end up binging on it later. If you have that many calories left, then by all means, go for it. Don't make yourself miserable with it though.

I would have much rather had the bikini cut. Any wrong movement with the one I had was so painful. Also, in certain pants, it looks like I have a front butt. So not cool. But I've never heard of that diastis recti. I will def be googling it. Thanks.

Thanks y'all. I've thought about using some plastic wrap or something similar just to help hold it in while I'm working out. But when I looked in my cabinets all I could find was bubble wrap. I didn't think that would be a very good idea. Lol

The only one I can think of is by John Anderson. It's called Christie. It's spelled differently than mine but it's basically the same. Then there's the one by Patty Griffin called Christina which is my real name. Mehh... Not a fan of either song to be honest.

I try not to laugh at folks going to the gym(I'm pretty sure I'm one of the ones getting laughed at because I trip on the treadmill ALL the time). But the thing that does tickle my funny bone is the location of our gym. Right now, we're next door to a pizza parlor. Next month, we'll be moving behind a doughnut shop... Talk…

This works every time for me.

This is my 3rd week of being in a gym. I love it and do glad I made the decision to do this. It's a women only gym and we have access to just about everything and the trainers are great. We have Zumba, kickboxing, turbo fire, Pilates, yoga.... You name it. It's a 24/7 facility and extremely affordable.
