I went shopping for dress pants - in May I wore a snug size 16 (US), today I bought size 10 (US) and every pair I tried on was loose in the hips and rear! I am not sure what happened to size 12, it is as if I skipped right over it B)

Mix Hoisin sauce and lowfat mayonnaise together and either spread on the bun or just dip the chicken burger in it. Very good! I also eat this with tomatoes and cilantro!

I ate dinner at Freddy's this evening and had a steak burger, shared fries with my hubby, dipped my fries in the delicious fry sauce and I didn't stress about it! This is major! I enjoyed the time eating good food with my husband. That was all! Major nsv! I also stayed within my calories for the day.

I like it many different ways, but one way my husband and I like it is sliced or diced with little dry ranch seasoning sprinkled over it. Very good. I also like it with meat or pasta -I, too, can get to where I don't like it as much sometimes (maybe the texture?), so eating it with other foods seems to help.

Although I am Catholic, I can relate. During lent when we fast and abstain from meat on Fridays, I have absolutely no problem, yet day to day during the remainder of the year it is a challenge. Is shows the power of our mind (and maybe our faith!).
