Can you wear it around your thumb, at least for a little while til you can get it sized to fit you better.

I've been on a plateau for about two weeks, really getting aggrivated. Thanks for the motivation.

They sound amazing, I will definatly try them. (even if I have to do 15 extra minutes on the treadmill to stay within my daily calorie intake)

I actually did sit-ups during my TOM. and I felt better. My thing is, even though I follow my calorie and exercise goals I still tend to gain a pound or two during TOM. Very frustrating. Does anyone else have this problem?
