I'm 5'10" as well and even though I'm only down almost 10lbs, I can see it already. Probably because of the toning more than anything. Does anybody else notice that the scale doesn't move much no matter how hard you work??? I've added a good 25 minutes of cardio each day (Zumba) and have dropped 2 lbs since! Strange! Oh well, love my Zumba too :)
