I agree with your assessment on the honesty. It really doesn't hurt anyone but the person who posts ridiculous burns. Just makes me more determined to input correct calories eaten and expended, myself. Friends who know me would surely wonder why I've not lost more if they saw those kind of numbers on my board.

I've read so much about how we "over-vitamin" ourselves so I just do one multivitamin a day. Since the program monitors my calcium intake I am more careful about getting sufficient quantities. Also, I do think that vitamins and minerals are best absorbed by the body when they come from natural foods instead of pills. If…

I have a diet coke maybe once or twice a month. I used to drink them often, but I'm finding that I really do prefer a good cold glass of water instead. It does take time to form new habits, though.
