I *always* gain right before that time of the month. Once I went up 3 pounds overnight. But if you stick with your plan you should see it drop back down right after. I often see a bigger jump than normal after my period because I lost some weight in addition to losing the "period" weight.

I recently made the switch from WW to MFP. For a month or so I tracked in BOTH WW and MFP to get a good idea what my average daily calorie count was on WW. I logged the fruits and veggies in MFP to get an accurate count. Each WW point seem to average out to about 40 calories. I read somewhere here that those 40 calories…

I don't count calories on a cheat day. For me, part of the luxury of the "cheat" is I don't worry about the calories.
