426/300! This was an awesome cardio week.
-
391/300... challenge completed!
-
261/300 down... whoop whoop!
-
115 / 300 minutes done!

I think 5 hours is do-able, but not really pushing to the extreme. That 3500 calorie burn or the 20 miles really pushed.

Shoot forgot to mention... I walked the dog for 40 minutes and cross trainer hill workout for 20 minutes.
-
60 minutes down... 240 minutes to go!
-
Wait.... 5 hours of cardio total for the week?
-
Whoo hoo, 20 miles down!!!
-
8 miles down.... 12 more to go!!! It's going to be tough to reach 20.

I'm in. So far I take my dog on a mile walk every day (rain or shine), plus run a 5k 3 days a week. I'm already looking at about 14 miles on a weekly basis. This challenge will definitely push me!

I'm totally in!!! Just finished a 5K "Hot mess mud run" Saturday, so this is right up my alley. The mud run was a 5K run/ obsticle course built by the marines. Planning to continue running (every other day), kickboxing, walking the dog (daily), zumba, and just keep moving!!!
