I'm in for both challenges. For my workout, I usually go for walks and try to get in push-ups and/or sit-ups.... tonight, I'm planning Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. Working hard to plan weekend meals... especially with the super bowl!:happy:

Hi, I'm Amanda. My goal is to not really lose weight (although it can't hurt), but rather to tone up and eat better. Ever since I got married in October, my workouts have suffered dramatically. I love this workout! I've been working on level 1 for some time now. I don't feel ready to move to level 2 until I can comfortably do chaterunga push-ups (regular ones, not on knees). That move leaves my body shaking.

Yikes! Last week fizzled for me. 13.29 miles walked/ ran. 106.71 to go. I'm kicking this week into over drive! Today's goal: 5 miles (a 5k will be ran at lunch) :tongue:

After week 1 - 13012 more calories to go. Now that I have a sportswatch that can accurately tell me what I've burned, the calories should just be rolling.

I've taken multiple weeks off of my yoga practice. Today, I'm hurting. New plan - yoga meltdown each day this week in the AM. Then twice a week there after.... just to switch things up.:drinker:

Ok I'll admit, I've only met the goal for this challenge once this week. I've been working out, but just haven't had the time to "give it my all." I'm planning on reaching the goal of 700 calories again today. So far 221 down...

I did the same thing... 2x workouts to equal the 700. I think I would fall over if I tried to do it all at once. :noway:
