(I actually don't know cause I started keeping my eyes closed to focus on the lifting, lol) then another 4 reps, repeat till bar is empty. Then she did it in reverse! :(

    You are getting awfully close man, you're gonna have to push it this weekend! Try and push to the 700 calorie burn days and you can get it done in 4 days with a free day Sunday!!!     So glad I got this done on time! I had challenged myself to complete the 15,000 by my birthday - mostly because I knew I usually burned larger calories per session and wanted to push myself this month. Had to add extra days of cardio, and push harder on others!
