Bench Press 50lbs x25 reps x2 sets, 100lbs x10 reps x2 sets
Chest Press 30lbs per arm x25 reps x5 sets
Total: 2034 (12,966 to go)
Not sure I would have pushed to the 30 minutes on Elliptical if not for this challenge. I hit 26 minutes once before this, and 20-22 minutes before that a couple of times. At 16 minutes I started making the decision to go for it, not just the 26 but the full 30 - start pushing for bigger results/higher goals! glad I joined my friends challenge!!0 -
