    Bench Press 50lbs x25 reps x2 sets, 100lbs x10 reps x2 sets
    Chest Press 30lbs per arm x25 reps x5 sets


    Total: 2034 (12,966 to go)

    Not sure I would have pushed to the 30 minutes on Elliptical if not for this challenge. I hit 26 minutes once before this, and 20-22 minutes before that a couple of times. At 16 minutes I started making the decision to go for it, not just the 26 but the full 30 - start pushing for bigger results/higher goals! glad I joined my friends challenge!! :wink:

    Hey don't get discouraged, It's only May 2 :tongue: You can do this!! We can all do this because we are AWESOME people!!


    25 days left May 2 - May 26 (not including the morning of May 27) ::

    workout 7 days a week = 600 calories a workout day

    21 days - take 4 days off this month = 715 calories a workout day

    17 days - take 8 days off this month (weekends) = 883 calories a workout day

    13 days - take 12 days off this month (workout 4 times a week) = 1250 calories a workout day

    (these do NOT count any calories you've already burned)

    More to come. I'm really going to step up my game by completing at least 40 minutes of cardio daily, stomach crunches, at least 10 push-ups, lunch time strength training, and my usual 100 sit-ups. FEEL THE BURN!!!
