I like this challenge, it is just enough to make me do an extra day of cardio every week. I also pushed my limits and hit 30 minutes on the Elliptical and 30 minutes on the Bike because I wanted to push myself for this challenge. This is just what I needed!! Thanks Angel!
btw that was separate days for the elliptical and bike - I haven't reached 1 hour crazy cardio yet, lol
I'm also trying to hit the 15,000 by May 23, my birthday, for the extra push - I log high calorie burns cause I'm a fatty :laugh:0 -
