Hi I'm 22 Weight: 168 lbs Height: 5'4" Goal Weight: 125 lbs I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and also a little bit of elliptical to start off with.... With that, I'm trying to control my diet even I get a lot of cravings...I'm sticking with mostly boiled rice (little) and raw veggies n' fruits...

Did anyone do six weeks six pack? I am doing 30 day shred at this time...but I'm thinking of doing six week six pack after i finish...any suggestions??

I am between 5'3" and 5"4" inches and I would like to be 128 pounds. I am at 168 now...need to lose 40 more pounds. And I guess the jean size would be either 5 or 6.
