I think we go through things sometimes that make us fall back into our old habits. But it is important to remember what is important to you so that you can gain your composure, move on and rectify the problem so you don't go backwards too far into yesterday fo rtoday and tomorrow.

I love SoBE water now and have one almost every day. I do not classify it as water even though it says water on the box because it is flavored and somewhat to me in the realm of juice because of its salt content. Water does not have sodium in it. SoBe does. Hope that helps.

I think you should wash all fruits and vegetables that come out of the grown because you never know what pesticides are added to them. I tend to lean towards organic and whole foods a bit more but even with those, still need to be washed to clean off any impurities just in case.

A no bread diet is a great diet. I had given up bread in August and can tell you I have probably had real bread twice since then in seven months. Nowadays I get the gluten free kind. Serves the purpose. When I was eating bread, I would get whole wheat. Gluten free is not that far of a stretch from it.

I think I am getting a lit ahead of myself with my weight loss because I brought my first pair of skinny jeans. And these are not juust skinny jeans, they are super skinny. EWhenever I decide upon making something and seek out a recipe for it, I usually stop by pinterest and just type in either the ingredients or the recipe name and a flood of different links to different recipes or meal idea appear. I love that it gives me these options.

How about a good old salad. My favorite leaves to use are arugula. Take some arugula and add a few strawberries and slices of tomatoe to it and a hand full of almonds. Add your favorite dressing on it and voila. Dinner!!!
