I love my strong-minded nature. I realized I can do anything becaus eI was able to just decide to change my eating and fitness habits and move towards better and accomplished without a trainer, surgery or eating disorder tendancies, to lose 85 lbs in 9 months and I'm never going back. Feels great to know I can do anything…

I do when I cook. I have my food scale, measuring cups for liquid and powder and use all of them when I am cooking for accuracy. Seems a little bit much but . . .

I actually do suggest MFP to other folks because of how much it helped me. It was recommended tome by a nutritionist and I have to say, it is a really great tool. Makes you pay attention to your own self even when you do not realize it, which is a great thing to do when starting on any new lifestyle. I really love MFP!

I actualyl think it is worth it. I sweat more during strength training than I do in a Zumba class. Just saying. You might want to invest in one.

Did yo uknow that frear is not of God. Our God is bigger than any illness that can come over our bodies so make sure you keep praying and keeping your eyes on him and not the things that can ruin our lives.

Just stay positive and focused. The best thing you can do is to be that leader in your own life and do not follow others when you seen them doing other than what you are trying to accomplish. Remember that this is your goal alone, so stay strong in it. God bless you in your journey.

It is great that you were able to gain something, especialy to know yourself and what suits you best. That is the most imporant thing in life that one can accomplish.

Nobody puts a gun to your head to stuff your face. How can you blame anyone else for it? You and you alone make the daily eats choices and if you are lead by others, still your fault for not being strong minded.

If you do not smile everyday where you are surrently, you won't smile where you are going. So make sure to acknowledge the blessings that you were graced with even now and while you are on your journey. We all have upds and downs, but it is important to stay positive. Nobody said the road wiould be easy. You got this…

Ye!!1 lately, I have een craving the french fries from Checkers and when I can I go and get them. I work hard and sacrifice everyday; for the most part. So every once in a while, a cheat day is not bad. If you want fast food, try the healthier options. Don't eat the bread if you get a burger. Get the 4 pc nuggets as…

Iam 5'3 1/2" and at first, my goal weight was tobe healthy. I was 230lbs and now I am 145 lbs. Blessed to have been able to keep it off. I stay at this weight with little change because I do like to eat nowadays; sometimes unproportionately but, now I just want to tone up my arms, my thighs, my abs. So maybe anpther…

I used to go in the mornign but now I get up later and later and don't usually make it to the gym before work anymore. Mostly because, my days are so long; sometimes 22 hour days and a two hour turnaround. But as long as you get it in there. I do love to workout so make it a priority to do it when I am able.

That'sa lot or maybe a bit too much. Even if yu did an hour pof working out, you would see results. Are you going to be consistent with doing 4 hours daily becaus eif not, that might throw your body off. Just saying and not trying to hate or act like I know becaus eI could be wrong, but, after you 4-hour workout, check…
