According to the BMI calculator here on mfp, my body fat % is 26.5%. I really don't know what I want it to be though. I'm 5'2 and weigh 145 lbs I'm thinking 115-120 lbs is my goal, but we will see when I get there what I really do want

Ok, so I should really be eating 1450ish calories a day. Should I be eating back the calories that I work off while working out as well?

I eat about 1200cals a day, regardless if I exercise a lot or not. I'm 5'2 145 lbs. Started out at 175 lbs, so it's worked so far for me, and I do exercise a lot most days. Feel free to add me if you'd like!
