BMR/TDEE Question
Hi you guys, I've always just gone with the MFP settings on here to set my daily intake of calories, but 1,200 cals is not enough for me. Can somebody please explain to me the BMR and TDEE? Am I supposed to eat my BMR? More? Less? How does TDEE come in to play?

Can somebody please explain to me pre & post workout snacks? Like is there any significant reason people have like a "pre-workout shake"? Am I missing something here?

What happens when you eat a ton of protein?
I eat so much tuna, veggie burgers, protein bars, that my little thing that keeps track of everything eats says that I'm eating more protein than I should. Is this bad, or can I keep on keepin' on?

Advice on sugar
Hi everybody, Ok, so I always plan what I eat for right my calorie mark, and everything is fine.. Except for my sugar. I eat soooooo much fruit everyday, that my sugar is way overboard. Is this a bad thing, since it is fruit/natural sugar that I'm eating, or should I back off? I looove my fruit!
