  • Hi Katey! What program are you doing, if any? I started the 21 day fix and today is day 5 for me. I'm looking to lose about 20 but think 15 might be more realistic in 21 days? Anyway, I'm always interested in finding others that want to help motivate each other no matter what program. Pammie
