  • Hi There!!! Ive been using myfitness pal for about 3 weeks now. To date i've lost 6kg with another 6 to go and finding it so easy to follow a strict 1200 calorie diet with the use of the app! 26kg is such a HUGE achievement!!! Congrats for getting this far!!
