@dawnbgethealthy you're so right here. my first two weeks in and I've been weighing daily, but I'm going to switch it to every Thursdays now. I'm hoping my random weight flucuactions don't fall on that day too π because like you said if you've worked hard all week and see these flucuactions it would be upsetting. But Iβ¦

@jazzadesigns awesome! there's a game called FitXR. its a boxing dance and HIIT workout. 4 days in and it feels just like the gym!

awww @PatDMuddle you're most welcome. I know the feeling. I've been to the bakery this morning and brought my husband two things and nothing for myself. I had already had breakfast. Even when my friend said if I wanted anything to eat I said no thank you. But we're going out for a meal Wednesday as a friend/neighbour isβ¦

Thank you β€οΈ the plan we picked was meat and veggies. around 800-900 calories for a serving. very high in my opinion. the calorie countrol plan had meats under 600 calories. but my husband wasn't liking the menu π so I'll just give it a try.
