Hi ladies. I completely missed nearly all of June! I haven't been eating properly the past month and went off track with tracking and weight loss too. But I've got my appetite back and I'm 7.4lbs down from my highest so I'm glad I didn't gain it all back!

thanks all. I'm 7.4lbs down. I was 13lbs down before but gained some but at least I didn't gain it all back! Just taking one day, one meal at a time. Back to basics definitely.

Hi all. The past few weeks I haven't been eating properly and completely gave up on weight loss. I'm glad this challenge is near the end because I'm going to make another 12 week challenge! Well done for those who have lost weight and continued. Great job!

Not happy. Had Wednesday night meal out with family... i planned to only have one meal off diet and then suddenly I'm eating takeaways the next 5 nights!! Scale is horrified rn too. I've gained nearly all my loss. I know most of it will be water weight and it will be gone in a few weeks hopefully but I'm still feeling…
